Mould removal prices per room
A small area is described as growth around a window or corner. A medium area is a large section of wall. A large area affects more than one wall or a ceiling. These descriptions are guides; confirm the applicable category for the actual room.

Corporate survey

The listed corporate survey is 30 minutes. Confirm suitability and scope by phone; it should not be assumed to apply to every residential enquiry.
Planning durations are not hourly rates
The price sheet lists small-area planning durations of three hours for bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living/dining rooms, and two hours for hallways/landings and utility rooms. Medium-area entries list four hours and large-area entries list five hours.
The service guidance also gives approximately three hours per room on average. Actual time depends on contamination, access and the affected areas. Treatment is not charged hourly; these figures are planning information, not a promise that every job takes exactly that long.
Agree on the scope and total before work begins
The standard removal scope is visible, accessible walls, ceilings and floors. Textiles, concealed contamination, plumbing and structural repairs are excluded. Repainting or decorative restoration can be separately quoted; cosmetic staining is not guaranteed to disappear.
No separate black-mould, emergency or treatment-only tariff is established in the pricing sheet. Do not infer a package or surcharge from a service-page name. Explain the room and extent so the actual service and price can be confirmed.
